I have recently set up a small studio workshop at my home in Rouleau, SK. I started making furniture while a student at Selkirk College in the Fine Woodworking Program in 2003. I have always enjoyed creating in almost any medium. In designing furniture, I am able to combine this passion with craftsmanship in making functional art pieces. Using traditional techniques and original design, I aim to create finely crafted, heirloom quality furniture. Inspired by the natural beauty of wood, I am drawn towards and appreciate clean lines and simple curves.
Upcoming Events: Wintergreen Fine Craft Market November 19th to 21st, 2010 at Conexus Art Centre, Regina, SK.
I am a juried member of the Saskatchewan Craft Council, as well as a member of the Furniture Society.
